Leeseo is a sleeper idol and her true strength is unknown currently. The fact you think she's on the bottom tier just proves she got yall fooled. She is likely much deadlier than she looks since she's the baby, she's fully taking advantage of her child like appearances keep her cover

Rei, I don't think she's that strong but she's not weak. I think Leeseo can take on Rei

The thing with Rei is Rei is very open, she is just herself and she doesn't hide which is good but this also means everyone else can see her strenght, she has no surprises.

She only has a upper hand against everyone else below her due to age but clearly gets out aged by Gaeul and Yujin.

I'd keep the ranking as is but I'm just saying Leeseo is a wildcard and you don't know how she'll evolve as she ages
