i never got the hype over this one tbh, you can catch similar stories in polish trash TV series at 2pm on a weekday and they don't have people who willingly visited the occupied ukrainian land like anora's two male actors did. also sean baker's weird ass should have got the karla sofia gascon treatment for liking a picture of a minor in a bra or following libsoftiktok and other "woke is bad" accounts while pretending to care about the marginalised groups he's making movies about. dune part two i'm sorry i wasn't an academy voter...
