I do love it, but I think I'd like to see the Broadway musical version of it better (if it is still running idk)

However, the movie becomes a lot more depressing when you know what actually happened to the Romanovs the night they were executed was truly horrific.

True it's a sad story that was turned into a fun cheerful movie. Very odd.

Although its fiction it was also strange for Disney to make an animated film out of "Hunchback of Notre Dame" a year before.

God that movie is so bad, my flatmate wanted to watch it and when he went to the toilet my other flatmate and I switched it to another movie.
