Do you have any goals for next year?

I’ve got a fitness goal I’m mapping out if I want to confidently wear stomach-baring (indian)dresses for my cousins wedding.There’s no going back now that the dresses have been purchased. I do pilates and eat pretty healthy on a regular but I gotta go a bit extreme. Time to overcome my gym anxiety and say goodbye to cheese​

Add picking up my dog with ease to the list. He’s going on the fitness journey with me. He should be around 30-35 pounds for his breed >.> he’s 42.
when the weather gets warmer I’m gonna start taking him on these dog hikes people meet up for.

My goals are to feel mentally better and just take better care of my self, my apartment renovation to be done so I can move and to start working out

A few actually. I’d like to read more, get back into writing and other hobbies.
I also want to try to better myself mentally/physically, I feel like this year I put the majority of my focus on others and neglected myself at times.
