I'll have my first week of night shifts next week and I'm lowkey afraid?.
Bit of context I suppose would help.
I work at a Retirement Home, where the old peeps can mostly do everything they are able to themselves, I'm mostly there to give them the delivered lunch & caffee etc., clean and all that.
Having a night shift at that place basically just mean staying there over night in your own room and if something is going on they can ring the bell. We're allowed to sleep though just not that deep so we can hear the ringing lol.
I know first aid and all that but I'm scared that when something is happening I'll suddenly forget everything because of the panic setting in, but I guess I'll have to wait and see if anything happens in the first place.
