I used to have a weird habit of sucking in my stomach
basically 24 hours every day except for when I was asleep.
In 2020 I made it a goal to stop doing that and I think I succeeded.

Sometimes when I'm sitting down my leg will bounce up and down quite fast. Not big bounces just small ones. It's called "restless leg" or something like that. But sometimes I don't even realize my leg is doing it.
