apparently I live in "the provinces" of the US (1 Viewer)

I was going down a loooooooooooong rabbit hole of historical trivia on Wiki (this isn't even like me - my dad's the history buff in my fam - but here we are lol) when I landed on the article for the term "province". So, apparently, any US citizen who doesn't live in Washington is in "the provinces". lol @Ahsoka can clarify for me, but yeah. lol funny thought regardless!

noooooooooo it has states lol they meant it in a metaphorical sense (the provinces = anything outside the capital city [Washington in this case]), but I thought it would be fun to take it literally.
