I made a dish from the 1300s that involves chicken, cream, milk, honey, parsley, thyme, marjoram, and sunflower seeds (among other things). The combination is crazy. And not something I would have expected to exist. But it’s actually quite tasty. It’s sweet and creamy, but in a way that somehow works? I’m definitely a fan
