Understood xD Munchinf on my orange nowThe entire don't eat this or that before bed is dumb. Maybe don't consume caffeine before bed but there are people who can't sleep without a cup of coffee. O, definitely don't do speed before bed. How about that?
Well yeah, but if someone cares deeply about what’s “healthiest”, for whatever reason and the effects of everything they eat, then listening to your body won’t exactly get you far. Eating a Big Mac generally doesn’t feel any worse than a healthier meal (there are exceptions ofc) but we all know that that’s not true. If you don’t care as much about it past am I alive and not blatantly sick or unhealthy yeah you probably don’t need to care about what’s scientifically best. It just means you won’t necessarily always be at your absolute best, which is totally fine in most cases.Use common sense, if your hungry eat, if not, don't eat. If eating before bed messes with your sleep, then stop. You don't need a study or scientist to tell you these things. Pay attention to your own body.
Like I said, there are exceptions where some people might feel worse after a Big Mac vs a decent meal. But for a lot of people it doesn’t feel any different to their body. I have eaten Big Macs myself (twice in my life) and had no “wow I can feel the additives and other junk” moment. Besides, for people who have to or choose to alter their diets they probably need science sources to know how to get the right stuff without eating foods they can’t. Listening to your body may sometimes tell you but if you have the choice to play around trying every food in question and seeing what works and what doesn’t while also seeing if you develop symptoms of deficiencies or you can research stuff and save time, pain, and effort, it’s kind of obvious what’ll be better.I don't know, Eating a Big Mac makes me feel like I'm dieing so I stopped eating McDonalds completely. it's been like 15 years since I've been there. It was a good decision.
Oh i didnt even know thatCherries are good for sleeping sooo idk whose saying these things
