they're making my anxiety spike up and i keep getting hot flashes bc of it....i took my anxiety medicine today so idk what my problem is....

Well I’m not religious so to me they’re definitely not true. But if it makes you feel better eclipses happen often enough and haven’t yet brought about the end of the world, and there’s no real reason from what I see that it’s different this time. People make a big deal about this one in the US because in the continental US we won’t see another for a long time, but there’ll still be eclipses around the world happening, so it’s not the last eclipse worldwide for an extended time either. Worldwide this eclipse isn’t all that special.

Personally i think that solar/lunar eclipse isnt one of the signs of the end of days because they have happened all of the recorded history and have always gathered people thinking this is it. Im sorry i dont know what to say to ease your anxiety hang in there huntie
