And now I´m not talking about managers aka assistants. I am sure I have seen a couple around, but I´m talking about leading management. About SM, JYP, YG management of marketing, manager of my manager etc.

By no means do I think that man do not do their job well, I definitely think both sexes are good in their own ways, but do you maybe feel like if women were more included (and here, my opinion is not deeply based on a huge-ass research, it´s very lowkey) that some things would have been done better?
Maybe women better clothed, more Jessi-like badass girls, or not even badass but .... ordinary, normal? You know the market that is not afraid to target your ordinary complex moody high schooler and you normal woman?

like basically for me, a proper BG stan, I am missing the diversity and by no means am I just writing off girl groups. not at all. many are high quality, but they lack certain .... diversity.

I see where you're coming from, but I'm not sure about female managers. I know females do own their own labels, but that's all I know.
