Are there artists where you like or dislike their older songs much more than newer? (1 Viewer)

For Jessi’s older stuff I only know a couple songs and a cover but I very much prefer them over anything she has more recently (2017 and on). Just not my type of stuff anymore ig.



And this cover. I think she sounds great


But yeah, from my perspective she seemed to have potential and not reached it. I know others like her current stuff, I’m not saying no one does or should. I just rarely see such a sharp divide in liking vs disliking based on age for me.

Tbh i prefer marinas older songs than newer, like her 2010-2012 songs

I like Blackpink's older songs more compared to their newer ones such as "Pink Venom" and "Shut Down".

I prefer Twice's older TT over their new ones but they always have great bsides either way
