Certain foods, methods, whatever? For me it's baking, especially with doughs, and also cutting things finely. I have poor fine motor skills, at my neroupsych evaluation they even told me I was so bad it was almost considered "clinically significant" which is the worst rating they had. That's why when we use onion (aka most days) my mom cuts it for me because she wants really really finely cut onions, otherwise she complains that the texture and taste are too strong. Speaking of, I'm about to go make a dough so wish me luck It's for hotteok so it's worth the pain.

I can't make macaron's, I've succeeded perfectly ONCE and I've tried making them like 7 times.

Liquid to grain ratio if I’m not making it with my pressure cooker. I always need to add more water if I’m cooking rice or hydrating lentils in a pot.
