Also in the book you’re supposed to “accentuate your feminine curves”, just not too much. And if any of those clothes are unisex that’s a no go Only clothing specifically made and marketed for females

Nah men are fine with anything, since the problem the person who wrote this book is trying to solve is men being “distracted” by a females body. The writer probably doesn’t believe in LGBT people too (just assuming based on the absurdity of these rules and their passion for religion) so in theory you shouldn’t be distracting anyone.
