Not for me. When I was 11 I went with school to watch Joseph, and for no reason they included an Elvis impersonator which confused the hell out of me

I'm a big fan. Recent favorites: Dear Evan Hansen, Wicked.

Older ones I've enjoyed include An American In Paris (a musical based on the film), Phantom of the Opera, Miss Saigon, Jersey Boys, Rent.

Les Miserables and Cats were both on the boring side.

Wicked and Dear Evan Hansen are my favorites as well!

Dear Evan Hansen does such a good job of conveying how social media can be in your face and wear you down emotionally. Here's one of the early scenes (from an awards show, but the play had a similar set). When I saw this in person I was stunned by all the stuff that was going on in the video screens.
