When I'm really happy or it's a subject I'm passionate about, I talk really fast. Otherwise, I think I talk at a normal speed for the most part.

no I talk slowly and try to take my time and talk at an even and calm pace
if I'm excited though God help anyone trying to keep track of what I'm saying
