I usually aim for early and on time. Some of these days, I dont feel like getting out of bed and run late to work by like 2 to 5 mins.

Exactly this. I have to be prepared for every situations. The thought of arriving late give me nightmares. I remember when I was doing my internships in different hospitals. Before each of them, to be sure to get there on time, I used to do a practice of the itinerary, so I could know exactly how much time it would take me to go there. If I didn’t do it, I was sick with anxiety, days before the beginning of each internship.
