I get really tense around people so I say whatever comes to mind, even if it’s random. I’m not really awkward, but I come off as tense and aloof a lot.

I'm pretty much always awkward to an extent but it's not an awkward that makes other people feel awkward it's more like a cute awkward and people like to tease me to make me feel more awkward so they can uwu and pet my head in apology

I'm to a point were I won't talk to new people unless they come up and talk to me first.

Yes. I often don't explain my thoughts before talking so my sentence ends up being completely random to the topic at hand. Or I go off on a tangent and make the situation really awkward. I've moved around so much and tried to adapt to different environments so many times, I feel like I don't really have a personality anymore and it's really impacted the way I interact with people.
