Are you easily distracted when you're supposed to work on something?

I am sooo easily distracted I can't

I have to submit a project in 3 hours and a half. I didn't finish it yet, but I am here

Sometimes I can focus easily. Some other times I struggle to keep the focus.

I’ll let anything distract me, and even if there’s no distractions I’ll space out

Depends how interested I am in it as if my interest is low I'll be less likely to focus

I can be both hyper focussed n easily distracted depending on my engagement level in a project. Depends on if im interested in the subject matter, or if im not lazy to do my homework before starting/during. Disinterest just kills it n ill find any excuse/be too easily distracted to focus.

it used to take me hours to do a single page of hw because of how often I'd get lost in my own thoughts

I definitely am. It gets especially bad if I'm trying to study or do a project
