Tbh I miss groups like mid later years Girls Day and pre-final years EXID. But in this age of girl crush it seems people have grown accustomed to dislike seeing girl groups do unabashedly sexy concepts even when all the members are adults.

the kpop industry isn't a place for you to fantasize about grown women or sexualise them and besides, most of the ggs nowadays are way too young for sexy concepts so yes, in a way i'm happy that the sexy concept is dead in the industry :pandatea:
I’d say it’s worse now. At least in the past there could be empowered women who were confident in their sexuality and weren’t afraid to show it. But the incel crowd despises that, so groups are being catered towards them. Imagine women nearing their 30s being told by male fans that they don’t want to see them do sexy concepts so the company prohibits or limits them from ever doing it. So rather than being a clear separation between adult sexy and non-sexy groups, these new groups like Lesserafim are trying to subtly blur the line. Especially with the outfits, they have gotten shorter and more revealing over the years regardless of which category a GG falls under.
