Oversleep by far
I managed to fall asleep mid sentence when younger and talking to my friends.

I am no longer sure. I recently stepped over a study that seemed to define around six hours the optimal amount of sleep. If so, then I sleep about the right amount of time.

Wtf that’s not even close to being enough for me.. I have a good night’s sleep if I sleep for 9-10 hours.
