I hate both tbh, whenever I play games where I have to navigate through either, via a plane or a boat my anxiety just rises up

i never really learnt. there was a time I took lessons when I was like, 5 but I was just really bad. i can swim for about 5 seconds I prefer having my feet on the ground

that's one thing i'm really thankful my parents did. i think i started swimming when i was 2/3 and i mastered it by the time i was 10. i was even interested in competing but i HATED the chlorine and the pool lol. but yeah i totally get that, swimming definitely makes me uneasy sometimes

it's very fun with the right people. and then you forget about all of that and just enjoy splashing around in the water lol

I am not really bothered by either but large bodies of waters have more dangers in them than mostly anything you'd find on land or in the sky especially when you consider that we know more about space than we do about what lurks in the depths of our oceans.
