My bf and I had a really long in-depth conversation yesterday about minimalism.
We started talking about getting rid of things and only maybe keeping things you need, use, or that have sentimental value.
But as we were talking about it I realized I can't get rid of my sentimental stuff simply because otherwise I don't
THINK about the happy memories I have and all I think about are the negative memories I have.
We even were talking about songs and I associate a bunch of songs with bad things.
But barely any with good things.

So I realized I have a SUPER negative outlook on life and things in general.
What about you?​

depends on the situation i guess, when interacting with others i try to be as positive as i can because i was told many times that i'm too pessimistic and always bring down the mood so i'm trying my best not to be like that anymore but when left only with myself and my own thoughts then negative
