I can’t help it, usually it’s just me finding the tiniest thing amusing or it’s because I’m uncomfortable and I can’t help but let out a chuckle because I’m nervous.
There was one time at church like five years ago, our preacher at the time was getting old and he for some reason tried to balance on the edge of the stairs while preaching, lost his footing and stumbled down the last three steps... I had to contain my laughter as everyone gasped (he wasn’t hurt, he didn’t actually fall it was just a stumble I’m not a cruel person or anything lol) but it was seriously so funny looking I had tears in my eyes (his daughter was also laughing so like i said wasn’t serious)

But I’ve also been the kind of person to chuckle when people are having a disagreement, I don’t like confrontations and so when I’m stuck in the middle of it that’s how I kind of release my nerves.

I laugh when I'm uncomfortable like if I see something too sexual for my comfort i tend to start laughing and talking a lot

yes its so bad. like if someone at my school gets in trouble i’ll laugh or if im uncomfortable i’ll fake laugh

Yeah it was worse when I was younger though. My father likes to say "Y'all laugh at the wrong stuff"

Worse, I smile whenever someone's upset or crying. I can't even stop it and start dying inside
