To listen to full albums or just title tracks?

I'm usually busy so I only listen to title tracks of most groups. I only listen to side tracks if I love the group.

I listen to the whole album while doing something else at the same time.

I've been trying to listen to more full albums over the past couple of years. Particularly last year, I liked a LOT more B sides than I liked title tracks.

If the artist is an established artist with a large enough discography that I already know I'm not really into, I'll listen to their title, but am unlikely to check out the B sides unless the title is randomly to my taste. Or unless my friends tell me there's a specific B side they think I'll like.

EVERYTHING! Why listen to only the titles?? I love hearing their vocal versatility in the rest of the albums. That is why I bought them.
Then, sometimes I wonder why labels cannot provide second MV treatments. But, I know it's because of budgeting, planning and time constraints. I'm not that clueless and vain.

I think that's how everyone gets into an artists' music.
By listening to the titles first and if those hook them in, then research and listen to their other songs, and buy the albums.

So, I'll slightly modify mine and say I did the same, too, and did not jump into the albums unwittingly.

I try to listen to everything. Getting back into Kpop has shown me that there are a lot of great songs buried in albums of artists I don’t like. I always tell people to explore NCT’s bsides so I should do what I say.

Sometimes I dislike the tt and don’t care for the group enough to dig further, but friends point out songs they think I might love *cough Twice cough*, which I do, and then I’m back on track for exploring.

One of my fave songs last year was a bside from an artist I don’t usually like, but I found some gems by following this policy of checking out the album’s bsides.
