better at talking or listening, or both?

personally i feel like i can do both, a lot of my friends come to me for advice but i also talk quite a bit sometimes i always talk my mom ears off whenever i'm telling her literally anything

when I'm with my close friends then definitely talking like when I start talking to them, I could go on and on, I'm really talkative and very loud too lol
but I also think I'm good at listening, I have this one friend who often talk to me about her problems and I'm like glad someone trusts me and opens up to me

if I am with someone I'm not close to then definitely listening like this one time, there were four of us in the classroom and I'm not close to any of them
the three of them kept talking and talking and I just sat there with them listening to their talks (I had to even though it was awkward because we were waiting for our turn for practice, LOL I just wanted our practice to come soon at that time so I could leave), it was reallyyyy awkward, I felt like I was invincible to them too because they didn't even tried talking to me
I mean I don't expect them to but if I was in their shoes, I would try not to make me feel.. left out even though I'm very awkward oof but I'll still try
