I don't really see any posts from my bias's except Soobin and Heesung but that's usually on Weverse so yeah

Some of them. Jae is online around the clock, mostly posting about or playing games, Big Bang members.. T.O.P and GD are pretty active on Instagram, but not really outside of it. 2PM members are pretty active on twitter, some more than others- but sadly they tweet mostly in korean

Minho is not very active, at least not regularly. He posts a bit and then leaves for a bit.
Stray Kids are pretty active, Pentagon the same, Ateez´ activity depends on whether they are having a comeback or not and Seventeen are not that active.

In my case some of them are very active and some others not that much. Dara is definitely the most active on instagram, and Bom posts maybe once every two months, which I am happy with, considering how toxic SNS can be. Aside from them, I mostly follow Irene and Yeri on IG and from all Kard members, Matthew and Somin seem to be the most active. Actually, I do follow Somin on her YT channel as well.
