I've had some problems with my ears when I was young, I had ear inflection at least 4-5 times in my childhood and even got my ears pierce at age 8 I think
but my ears are sensitive to earrings. I had some skin condition around my ear hole area. I barely wear any earring but sometimes I have the feelings to wear something​

Yes allergic reaction to metallic earrings my ear hole starts to bleed it's bad I can only wear gold, silver and diamond those are the only things that don't give me a reaction

My ear bleeds if I wear an earring multiple days in a row, but besides that I don't think so

yea i can only wear real gold/silver earrings or use theyll get infected
