My parents never cared what sites I visited since they barely know anything about the Internet lol

my parents also have limited knowledge on technology, more so my dad but I don't have to worry Abt him bc he's never really cared and we don't live w him anymore so he can't know what I do anyways lol

That would ring true for the majority of my family My uncle didn't understand my sneakiness to roam deep into the internet, he thought I would be looking up meanings of words and normal mundane nonsense and nothing more

oh, and my parents weren't being cruel. I was just developmentally delayed, and they were just being cautious

My parents didn't get internet until I went to college, and my grandfather paid for it, because he couldn't stand me not having internet access at home to be able to do my schoolwork.
