Spanish! It's the easiest of the Romance languages imo (which is the easiest language set bc Latin based like English). I took German in high school and tried to learn French and Italian, but they don't compare to the easiness of Spanish.

yeah, especially in my left eye bc my eyeball is so tiny compared to my right eye. But even the vision on my right eye is low, hence the need for large print!
