At what time do you usually go to sleep? Is it early or late? Do you want to change your bedtime?

I used to go to sleep at 12-1 but now at home with the 2h timezone difference, I go to sleep after 2... Not proud

I usually fall asleep around 2. It feels natural to me. Tho I like waking up early, as far as efficiency goes at least. But I'm also a couch potato sometimes lol
