This song is hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the National Hangeul Museum, and This track was created as part of the 'Cheonggu Yeongeon K-Pop Modernization Project,' an initiative under the '2026 Hangeul Cultural Product and Content Development Support Project' organized by the Sejong City Culture and Tourism Foundation, and features vocals by the global rookie girl group 'AtHeart.'

It was designed to allow the 10-20 generation to naturally encounter the beauty of Hangeul and traditional lyrics, delicately translating the emotions felt by youth 300 years ago into modern language and music.

The lyrics are based on the Sijo found in Cheonggu Yeongeon (1728, compiled by Kim Cheon-taek, housed at the National Hangeul Museum), which contains the origins of our lyrics. The longing for a beloved while gazing at the moon (Jeong Cheol’s *Cutting Out My Heart*), the excitement of rushing to a friend upon hearing news (Jeong Cheol’s *To Seong Gwon-nong’s House Beyond the Pass*), and the wistfulness felt as the seasons change (Kim Gwang-uk’s *A Spring Breeze Blows Gently*) have crossed over 300 years of time to be reborn as today’s songs.

While preserving the archaic tone and lyricism of the original texts, they have been reinterpreted into a sophisticated Synth-Pop genre that combines Easy Listening with the sensibilities of 1980s City Pop. It conveys timeless romance and earnest longing in a trendy way, bringing to life the urban night shared by the youth of the Hanyang of the past and present-day Seoul through a sensual sound.
