On the east coast in the south if you don't live in Atlanta you're basically screwed because that's where all the concerts are. Never have there ever been any in my state that I know of all my time of being a fan. I've been a fan for roughly a decade. Atlanteans have no clue how effing lucky they are. If I had the money, health and transportation I'd def go to a concert. But I don't ​
