Nice! I'd say go for it. I've wanted to teach abroad too, but to be certified you also need a Bachelor's degree and thinking about returning to school again doesn't sound so thrilling to me.

I haven't gotten a country in mind so far! I mainly wanna start off doing it online in the comfort of my home country so I could save more money and hopefully further plan things out. As for certification, while some places do require a bachelor's degree to teach.. you don't necessarily need it for your tefl certification! Even though I'll probably major in something english related..

As for certification, while some places do require a bachelor's degree to teach.. you don't necessarily need it for your tefl certification! Even though I'll probably major in something english related..

Oooo, smart idea! I know in South Korea and Japan they pay for basically everything for foreigner teachers. Oh really? I didn't know that. I think going through a program such as TEFL should be enough anyways. I mean it isn't cheap either and on top of school funds. English is a fun subject! Especially creative writing and I do think it would be a fun subject to teach others as well. Anyways, if you decide on this path then I wish you the best of luck! :)
