To keep it very simple.. I guess its exactly what they are getting sued for now, breaking the contract with their agency

They started to claim they are getting mistreated and pretty much ran away, but courts did not side with their story and they failed to provide significat evedience to change peoples opinions. Now the korean public hates them, laws are getting changed to make it harder for idols in the future and the 3 girls ruined their lifes..

but really, there is a lot more to it, its not easy to summerize this case

The short version is Attrakts CEO was working with someone else was working with The Givers CEO and they produced Cupid and got the rights to Cupid as well as getting the girls to believe Attrakts CEO was mistreating them when it was stuff normal in the idol industry or stuff The Givers CEO was doing to them which when Keena the only member who realized that they were being lied to then it came out the Attrakt CEO was suing them after.
