Augustus 2 the Strong, born in 1670, was the King of Poland (ish) and Elector of Saxony. Throughout his life he had one legitimate child…..and an estimated up to 382 illegitimate ones. I guess this is how a 19 year old Swedish king managed to defeat him, he was too busy making kids that he wouldn’t even claim after their birth.

It’s worth noting that some historians believe it’s exaggerated, and most think it’s lower (more so in the mid 300s for example), but it’s still something to even have that reputation

I think his parentage was pretty clearly established, being an heir of the Swedish crown. And it sounds like there was never any reason to think his mother could possibly be unfaithful.
