Avoid WILDCARD Games (2 Viewers)

WILDCARD is a video game company which has released two decently popular games,
one of which is older called 'Ark: Survival Evolved' and their latest being 'ATLAS'. Now,
if you are unfamiliar with WILDCARD and their sub-labels that helped produce 'ATLAS',
you will not be aware that WILDCARD releases games that are not fully finished. They
did this with Ark and did it again recently with Atlas.


Ark has been around since 2017 when WILDCARD gave players early access which
was actually just an excuse to release an unfinished game and get money off of people
from everything that was wrong with the game.

So recently, HOD Gaming (an Ark Youtube channel) was globally banned from the game
because he made a YouTube video showing how easy it was to mesh in the game and destroy
peoples bases and called for it to be fixed. In this video he criticized WILDCARD for letting
this problem go unfixed after HOD himself was mesh-raided in the game. And the response he
got from WILDCARD? They globally banned him instead of addressing the issues with the
game and STILL for two years have not fixed the meshing problem despite knowing that it
exists. There are even some Ark developers who take money from people so that the meshing
problem will not be fixed. Shady af right?

Well after HOD made a video talking about being globally banned they released a statement
as well as unbanned HOD. Yet, no where in the statement did they mention any possibility of
TRYING to fix meshing problems. All they did was bullshit apology and the only reason they
apologized in the first place is because people began mass uninstalling the game after HOD's
story came out.

So in conclusion, fuck WILDCARD and don't support their games that are unfinished, have
multiple glitches, weak areas, and that they refuse to fix.​
