Badges are rewards you can earn by meeting certain post requirements (and can also be won through some events, but that's another topic).
You can request your first badge once you have made 100 posts to the forum. Any comment or thread made is considered a post on this site (except for comments made in the Games section. They are posts, but won't count towards your total.) After this, you can request a new badge for every 200 posts you make i.e. 300, 500, 700, etc. You can request badges here and you can view all the badges that are available here
