yeah, is a little uncomfortable to think that after 10 years of career the members are barely in their early 20's...
about the hiatus, some fans are saying this is normal but others are very worry, it doesn't help that the message is cryptic as hell

Yes, that's actually kinda scary, especially when you get perverted old men in their 40's and 50's watching them, and you know they most likely didn't watch them just for their music...
Yes, true but the thing is, they are not really babies anymore and are in their 20's, so the name BABYMETAL is a bit misleading now lol
So, them disbanding is not really surprising if they do disband.

I had never seen this. They were so young, and performing apparently without a backing band. I think Babymetal was my very first exposure to alt-idol by a time when I only listened to European metal. Even though I liked it, I didn't like it enough to stan.

I know what you mean, they are literal babies here.
For me, BABYMETAL was actually the gateway for me liking metal music, because, before that, I used to think metal was dangerous lol
I didn't stan them but I thought they were interesting.
