News Beat Interactive opens a Rookie Development Department (1 Viewer)

I just love how Beat Interactive is slowly building themselves up, adding more artists like Forestella, G.O.D's Son Hoyoung - possibly more to come in the future too.
And now with the Rookie Department a possible debut options for their own groups! I'm pretty sure they might already have trainees lined up for it because I don't think they'd open one without any candidates for it.
