Having to have their childhood covered by the great depression in the 1930s the whole decade and then only to be drafted in world war as teenagers. These people deserve credit for the massive shit they went through and how far they have came.

My grandfather was 1930's and he fell off a ladder and got stung by a stone fish and is in his 90's now.
