they way they frame it as that she wanted to be part of the promotions at all and joined for a brief period, before going back on hiatus..

That's where management should say, not without doctor sign off. Like I just read a story this morning about a man who died after 9 back-to-back 13-hour shifts, and management was like "he wanted to work that much!" Like... Why did you let him? Even if Moka was insistent on performing when she was clearly unwell, as responsible managers, they should have waited.

This is also why I'm not mad at Attrakt for Hana taking a long time to recover. If she needs four months, then she needs four months.
