Best and worst idol stage names (1 Viewer)

Do you prefer idols using their real names or stage names? I can see why using real names might become a hassle since you can only have so many, and there are a LOT of shared names so.

Stage names can sometimes be fun, but other times you can go wtf

Some of my fav ones:

1. G-Dragon: Since his name is Jiyong so G (Ji) and Dragon (Yong).
2. Zico: sounds cool
3. Monday from Weeekly: Fits perfectly with their concept and like everyone hates Mondays but she made herself an exception so it's cool lol.
4. Olivia Hye, Chuu and Choerry from Loona: Olivia just sounds unique af for a Kpop idol lol. As for Chuu and Choerry they're just their real names kinda shortened (Kim Jiwoo becomes Chuu if you say it fast, and Choerry is Choi Yerim).
5. Irene: the name itself radiates bad bitch energy and it kinda suits her lol.

Some I absolutely despise:

1. Any single alphabet name so V from BTS, L from Infinite, N from Vixx, Y from Golden Child.
2. The old TVXQ names esp Mickey (Yoochun) and Hero (Jaejoong).
3. The8 from SVT: wtf is this name even
4. Some iKON stagenames, made worse by the fact that they used their actual names before but got changed midway, esp Song (Yunhyeong)
5. Babysoul from Lovelyz lol, although it makes me laugh sometimes.

Rap Monster was kinda cringey ngl and I don't like ACE's Wow much either. For the latter I think it might just be better for him to use his real name. I'm not a huge fan of Karina or Giselle either? But I think those names could grow on me.

Karina and Giselle don't sound bad by themselves but we really don't know if they were actually required lol. Winter sounds cool enough I guess.

Yeah Aespa is such a conflicting group to me in terms of stage names, because on one hand Winter and Ningning have such nice sounding names, but Karina and Giselle just sound awkward

To me the group kinda feels awkward too, in terms of their team chemistry and just whenever I watch them together lol, but I guess they haven't spent a lot of time together maybe, idk
Anyway that's not the point of the thread lol but yeah I can agree about the Karina and Giselle names lol, esp Giselle

Worst:
N, L and that other dude. Not V tho
RM: Rap Monsta was cool and cringey at the same time. Real Me is deep and ion like it

Rosé: her name is Rosie
TOP: if it actually stood for something, maybe it'd be at the top

Krystal really fits her, and the spelling makes her name stand out
Tsuki ik is her actual given name, but it’s so much better than Ravi, what she used to go by when she was still in SM
