There are so many NCT units (and of course they all have their own discography wiki pages ), so I was surprised at first that Wish made it above 127, but then realized that 127 had one album vs. 3-4 (depending on how you count Wishful). It was interesting sorting through and realizing that the NCT brand is so strong overall, even with a new unit, but also, that RIIZE isn't that far behind either (they're roughly at 1.6 million).

RIP to all NCTzens wallets, was my takeaway.

the sad truth is, they would not be on the list even if they released an album

Iirc, Walk promotions were a mess with many fans being discontent. Of course, we then eventually got such terrible news...
I don't know what was happening behind the scenes but it's such a shame for the rest of the group because Walk is imo one of the best albums they've ever put out.

Walk is such a bop. It plays in my head randomly. I'm sorry SME messed up promotions; they really had a gem there and I'm sure that's frustrating for NCTzens.
