Unfortunately, I also have braces so I haven't had popcorn in a long time. But popcorn without kernels exist (they are hard to find though and oftentimes you have to order it online, which I don't want to deal with shipping)

You technically could have popcorn, you just have to be careful, and getting the bags that are in chip bags is the best you can do.
