Lisa periodt. Mia apparently has a Rapper position but she doesn't really rap. It would be a fairer comparison between Lisa and Aisha, who is Lead Rapper of Everglow, (both of them get more rap lines than the Main Rappers of their groups, Jennie and EU, in Blackpink's case probably because Jennie has a lot of vocal lines usually, and in Everglow's case I have no idea bc EU barely gets more lines than Onda and Yiren as it is) and even then I would still say Lisa. Aisha has definitely proven herself to be a good Lead Rapper but Lisa has much more experience, and, in my opinion, skill, and we've seen her do much harder raps than Aisha has so far, plus I also personally prefer Lisa's rapping and her rap tone, hence why she's my ult lol
