BIGBANG will take the stage at this year's 'MAMA Awards.'
CJ ENM unveiled the second artist lineup for the '2026 MAMA Awards' on October 16, announcing 14 acts spanning boy groups, girl groups, solo artists, and performance directors.
Including the artists announced in the first lineup, this year's ceremony will feature the largest number of artists ever assembled for a single region of the awards. A total of 12 acts, including ALPHA DRIVE ONE, CORTIS, LE SSERAFIM, and ILLIT, have confirmed their attendance.
BIGBANG will be the first act highlighted in the newly announced lineup. The group is set to perform during Chapter 2 of the ceremony on November 21 at Kyocera Dome Osaka in Japan, where they are expected to showcase the chemistry they have honed through years of performing together and their recent tour activities.
Last year, G-Dragon demonstrated his enduring popularity by winning four awards at the 'MAMA Awards,' including Artist of the Year, Best Male Artist, and Fans' Choice Male Top 10.
He also hinted at a possible full-group BIGBANG performance at the ceremony. At the time, G-Dragon said, "BIGBANG will celebrate its 20th anniversary. Next year, I'll come to party with my friends so I won't be alone."
