Yeah the song was not good. Plus the mv is something (not in a good way) and this makes me wonder if this is same director who directed Winner’s Really Really MV and also Sabrina Carpenter’s Espresso and Taste MVs (these three MVs and Jump were directed by Dave Meyers).

the song itself sounds decent to me as i no longer have any expectations towards blackpink title tracks other than being a song with some #girlboss lyrics and one catchphrase repeated over a beat drop as a chorus, but being a company that makes a shit load of money that YG is and having an AI slop as a MV for your biggest girl group's long awaited comeback should be considered a crime against arts and creativity in general. especially since earlier bp MVs were really impressive with their sets, like compare kill this love or as if it's your last to this dumpster fire. blinks.... i'm so sorry you guys waited longer than a hamster's lifespan for this.

I don't know what they payed the songwriter(s) of 'Jump' but there are actually Blackpink AI songs that I like more. We're just at the beginning of music AI. As a music professional, if you can't already be more creative than a bot, you may have a problem in the future.
