According to lawsuit Blizzard's workplace culture has been anti woman. There has been discrimination about pay, promotions as well as sexual harassment.

At first i thought that was going to be it, but the article also points out case of female employee who committed suicide over business trip. Apparently her nude's had been passed around the workplace.

On the defense Activision Blizzard states that it has improved a lot recent years, has anti-harassment training, hotline etc.

Remains to be seen how the lawsuit will go, but i feel like since it got that bad this will be hard blow for Blizzard

With them losing out to final fantasy 14 and this lawsuit, it does not look good for blizzard, will world of warcraft be on the decline from now on?

Apparently they sent out a survey a while ago which basically asked people why they were leaving WoW for FF14 just disregarding years of people who didn't like the new direction of WoW

I’ve read that interview from years ago but jesus christ how can any human look at that extreme of a “culture” and think it’s ok
