i still almost exclusively listen to only girl groups ... i've listened to almost every girl group discography i can find so starting to listen to boy group music feels rather daunting, especially since i recognize none of the new groups or what kind of music they make. i also don't tend to appreciate "aggressive" or overly noisy music, so i'm having a hard time finding songs i like out of some of the well-known acts.

i'm a big fan of 8bit sounding music, ballads, cute and fresh concepts, orchestral sounds or other dramatic or haunting instruments like accordions, passionate love songs, and pop-punk songs. i hope that's not too much, i just didn't wanna narrow it down too much so that you have more freedom in making suggestions.

for reference, these are some of the few songs i actually like:
